On top of learning all the make up basics, the accent will be put on fashion beauty make up.

Basic knowledge of the skin | product knowledge | anatomy and morphological analysis of different face shapes | color knowledge and how to use it in different settings | the role and attitude of the make-up artist in each domain | make up for the skin, eyes, lips and eyebrows | the blending of lights and shadows | understanding morphologies and how to make the necessary corrections to the skin, eyes, lips and eyebrows | application of day and evening make up looks| make up for mature skins | practical tips and tricks to adapt the learned techniques to different settings (birdal, day or evening looks etc.)

During the Beauty Basics 1 you will learn all the beauty basics you will need as a make-up artist.We will start each day with a theoretical course accompanied by a demonstration. In the afternoon the candidates will practice the make up techniques seen in the morning demonstration.
Schedule
Sundays or weekdays - 5 days of training from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays or from Monday to Friday, depending on the session.

A MAKE UP FOR EVER ACADEMY Brussels certificate of attendance will be given to candidates by the instructor on the last day.
Each candidate must provide a model from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. If this is not possible for several candidates, they will train on each other.
All MAKE UP FOR EVER products and a set of brushes (per candidate) will be made available to the candidate during the course. Personal products are permitted during training. Each candidate is responsible for cleaning his/her set of brushes after each class. Classes are given in Dutch, French and/or English (depending on the group).
Candidates must be able to prove that they are at least 16 years old on the first day of the course. The training session can only take place if at least two candidates are registered. The purchase of personal kits (products, brushes, accessories, etc.) is not included in the price of the course.
You will need to bring the following products: sponges, tweezers, pencil sharpeners, plastic or metal palettes, tissues, cotton buds and a small towel to protect your work surface.
