Step 2: create even more glow, glitter and sparkle with the MAKE UP FOR EVER ARTIST EYESHADOW, the STAR LIT POWDER, and the STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.

Step 3: apply the ROUGE ARTIST FOR EVER Matte. Mix the SUPER BOOST LIP GLOSS with some STAR LIT POWDER of choice for that extra sparkle!
